Order Review & Approval
Thank you for choosing Rigel Cabinetry. Please review your document carefully. If revisions are needed, contact Rigel Cabinetry. We will update and resend documentation reflecting any approved modifications before production begins.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are considered estimates until final written approval. Changes including (but not limited to) door style modifications, finish changes, quantity adjustments, additions, or deletions may result in pricing adjustments. Final pricing is confirmed upon signed approval and deposit receipt.
Scheduled Meetings Prior to Production
To guarantee that your design is crafted to the highest standards and free of flaws, a ZOOM meeting will be scheduled prior to production. This meeting will provide an opportunity for thorough review and discussion of the design, ensuring that every detail meets your expectations and our quality standards. Please note that any changes requested after the design has been signed off will incur a minimum fee of $500.
Deposit & Production Policy
To initiate production, a 50% deposit is required. Production scheduling, material allocation, and lead time begin only after final approval is received and the 50% deposit is collected. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Lead Times
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks for standard orders. Lead times may vary depending on custom specifications, specialty materials, or non-standard modifications. Rigel Cabinetry will communicate any changes to projected timelines promptly.
