Rigel Cabinetry 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Rigel Cabinetry ("Company") extends this warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring that all cabinetry components, excluding cabinet accessories, shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for standard North American residential applications and is not transferable.
2. Warranty Claim Process
All warranty claims must be initiated through a Rigel Cabinetry authorized dealer, builder, or contractor. The claim process requires:
- A completed Rigel Cabinetry Claims Form, available at https://www.rigelcabinetry.net/document/share/85/c5eb2f23-934d-4d4b-bdf3-071225750378.
- Supporting documents including the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) and relevant pictures.
- The correct original job number indicated on the Claims Form for processing efficiency.
- Submission of all claims and documentation to info@rigelcabinetry.net.

3. Types of Claims
- Missing Items Claim (within 7 business days of delivery): To be filed if items are missing at delivery, documented on the BOL.
- Freight Damage Claim (within 7 business days of delivery): For visible damages at delivery, documented on the BOL.
- Concealed Damage Claim (30-Day Guarantee): For damages noticed upon opening the packaging. Claims within 30 days are paid at 100%. Claims after 30 days may be subject to a 50/50 split. Claims filed after 30 days may be denied.
- Manufacturing Defect Claim: Covers defects due to manufacturing errors, paid at 100% under this warranty.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover cabinet accessories, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc., or costs including labor to remove and reinstall materials.
- The warranty is void if the cabinets are modified, improperly installed, or damaged prior to/during installation.
- Excludes damages from misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of God, extreme temperatures, and moisture exposure.
- Natural variations in wood, changes due to aging, and environmental exposure are not covered.
- Structural modifications to cabinets void this warranty.
- Damage from improper use of chemicals or cleaning products is not covered.
5. Warranty Service
In the event of a defect, Rigel Cabinetry at its discretion will repair or replace the defective material or component free of charge. This warranty covers only parts and materials supplied by Rigel Cabinetry.
6. Warranty Alterations and Updates
Rigel cabinetry reserves the right to alter designs, specifications, and materials without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. The replacement is contingent upon current product offerings at the time of the warranty claim.
7. Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
8. Claiming Warranty
To claim under this warranty, contact your authorized Rigel Cabinetry dealer or distributor, who will arrange for inspection. A dated sales receipt is required as proof of purchase.
